The Dashboard is a customized, online, paperless system which provides you with the means to conduct a job analysis and develop your own job description.
The Dashboard is made available through this website (www.preventivehr.com) An online job analysis questionnaire (JAQ) is used to collect job specification information, and provides a formalized way to document job content through the job description, also developed through online procedures. With your job descriptions developed, you can then conduct job evaluations and performance evaluations online and paperless.
The job evaluation scheme is “The Method”, or the evaluation approach used by The Temple System, a compensation management process to develop pay structures.
Through the Dashboard jobs are evaluated utilizing the online evaluation or guide charts needed to evaluate the jobs. To conduct the evaluations, the job description developed through the Dashboard is used. In order to assure a common base for evaluation, appropriate measurement factors and sub-factors are used. These are elements common to all jobs and each is evaluated resulting in a factor point value and a total point value at the conclusion of the evaluation. This total point value determines the internal value of the job within its assigned job category.
The Dashboard makes it possible to conduct performance evaluations utilizing the online form designed to record the results of the employer’s evaluation. To use the form, the employee’s job description must have been developed through the Dashboard.
Cost for Services
The cost for each Dashboard service is based upon a start-up fee. These are charged only one time.
All data is maintained in the Preventive HR database. We work with you to establish security procedures, which are monitored by your designated “Administrator.” Such monitoring and procedures provides access to the data as you require. To provide the necessary technical maintenance of the database, a per year maintenance fee is charged, which will begin with the start of the second year.

Development of Job Descriptions:
Start-up fee is based upon the number of employees:
0 to 50 employees = $2,000.00
51 to 150 employees = $3,000.00
151 to 300 employees = $4,000.00
Annual maintenance fee = $1,000.00 for each range
Conducting Job Evaluations:
Start-up fee is not based upon the number of employees and is $1,000.00.
Annual maintenance fee = $1,000.00
Conducting Performance:
Start-up fee is not based upon the number of employees and is $1,000.00
Annual maintenance fee = $1,000.00
