	Subscribers to Preventive HR work with a Preventive HR Professional (PRO) who serves as the primary contact for all Preventive HR Services. The PRO is not a consultant offering solutions. They do not provide the answers, they guide employers through the Preventive HR system; a process for helping them discover the answers, thereby giving them true ownership. The PRO is a resource for employers who seek out their services. They do not control the relationship or the actions and decisions of the employer they are assisting. At best, the PRO forms a partnership with the employer that results in good choices for the employer’s organization. The employer, however, makes the final decision about what they will do in any given situation.
