SUMMARY
The Dashboard is a customized, online, paperless system, developed by Preventive HR, which provides you with the means to conduct a job analysis and develop your own job description.
The Dashboard is made available through www.preventivehr.com. An online job analysis questionnaire (JAQ) is used to collect job specification information, and provides a formalized way to document job content through the job description, also developed through online procedures.
Cost for Services
The cost for developing online job descriptions is based upon an annual fee of $4,000.00. Included in this fee is the establishment of security procedures and working with your designated “administrator” to manage Dashboard procedures. The fee includes an active involvement of a Preventive HR Pro throughout the process, to include reviewing all completed job descriptions to ensure that they meet compliance requirements.
The completed descriptions are maintained in the Preventive HR database for your organization, which allows access at anytime through security procedures monitored by the administrator.
